Working alongside Ballymore construction once again, EMS UK Ltd stepped up and produced an in-depth design, schedule and plan to the client, laying down and supplying all aspects of the temporary site services, keeping up our proven track record of health & safety, economic and smart solutions, and exceptional on-site service and customer care.
From day one we have been on site at the Royal Wharf project and set up the initial HV and LV ring-mains throughout the plot. Using our knowledge of temporary services, we quickly laid down the temporary site electrics for the contractors on site, following the scheme of the project. Temporary Ducting and routes were designed in a way to reduce risk of damage and movement throughout the build. We also provided high specification smart-metered site water plumbing solutions and high efficiency temporary site lighting for the site.
