As part of the BPSDC Group’s multi phase regeneration programme for the Grade II listed Battersea power station, property developer BPSDC has undertaken the first phase to transform the disused power station and surrounding locale. This massive £8bn project encompasses 42 acres of riverside development, including commercial, retail, and 4,000 new residential units.
EMS UK Ltd provided the complete temporary site services package, including high-capacity 11KV transformers, primary sub-distribution boards, high efficiency floodlighting and monitored water distribution throughout the historical site.
